1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; the Effective date above reflects the latest version. Where changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice on the Site or by email to subscribers.

2) Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

3) Informational Use Only — No Advice / No Reliance

All content on the Site (including articles, visuals, downloads, demos, waitlists, emails, or any assessments/insights) is for general information and education only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, psychological, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice; it is not a diagnosis, treatment, or medical device, and must not be relied upon to make clinical decisions.

Do not begin, change, or stop any health-related behaviour (diet, supplements, medication, therapy, exercise) based solely on the Site. Consult a qualified professional first.

4) Product Status

The Site and any preview features are not intended to detect, diagnose, prevent, or treat disease, and do not generate risk scores or clinical alerts. If our roadmap changes, we will obtain all required approvals before releasing any regulated functionality.

5) Your Responsibilities

You agree not to (a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Site; (c) upload malware; (d) use content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

6) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by FuelMind or its licensors and are protected by law. Except where permitted by law or by our written consent, you must not copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works. You may share links to our public pages for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

7) User Submissions & Feedback

If you send feedback, ideas, or content ("Submissions"), you grant FuelMind a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and display the Submissions for any purpose, excluding any personal data (which we process under our Privacy Policy). You represent you have rights to your Submissions.

8) Third-Party Services

We may use or link to third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, email, fonts, video). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their policies or actions.

9) Changes & Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or parts of it). Where changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice.

10) Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuelMind and its officers, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of SGD 1,000 or amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FuelMind harmless from claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any disputes, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights under the laws of Malaysia if you are habitually resident there.

14) Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FuelMind regarding the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
